WELCOME!

The Holly Cloud Hoppers welcomes visitors to our flying field. Whatever your interest, we invite you to come out and enjoy the wonderful world of RC. Members of our club build and fly many types of RC airplanes.   Come on out and see us.   If you have any interest and want to look into this hobby, stop by our field or call one of our officers. Our club was officially formed in 1991. We are a club of about 55 members and our air field is located on state land north of Detroit near Holly, MI. We are at the southwest corner of the intersection of I-75 and Grange Hall Road (mile marker 101).

Announcements

The Field Prep Day is coming up April 19th.

Note the new addition to our events, the Mid-Michigan Fun Fly.  The date was recently ironed out for July 12th and note that this is not a competition, just a fun day for flying.  This is the third year for this event with the location rotating to a different club each year.  The Cloud Hoppers will be hosting this event in 2010 so I urge all to attend to get a feel for what goes on when our turn comes.  (There is also a traveling trophy for the club with the most members present.)
